Stretch it out • A large proportion of us work f Stretch it out • A large proportion of us work from a desk of some sort at the moment: whether it be at home from a kitchen table, breakfast bar, or in our offices at a fully equipped desk- we are all having to improvise and most importantly, find somewhere comfortable to work. We recommend doing these simple at desk stretches daily to get your blood flowing, ease the strain, and give your body a little TLC.  • Shoulder Shrugs: gently lift your shoulders and let them slowly fall. You should feel tension being released as your shoulders drop.
• Neck Rotations: whilst looking straight ahead, turn your head slowly to the right, pause, and then turn your head slowly to the left.
• Spinal Rotations: whilst being sat down, cross your arms over your chest and hold on to your shoulders. Rotate your upper body turning to the right, pausing, and then turning to the left as far as you feel you can go.
• Shoulder Extension: Raise your arms above your head, link your hands together with your palms facing the sky, stretch them up as high as you can go.
• Shoulder Stretch: Hold one arm across your body while pulling your elbow to your chest - you should feel your shoulder stretching gently; make sure you do both arms. This year’s theme is: building a fairer, healthier world. In recent years, countries in the Western Pacific have experienced rapid economic growth, migration and urbanisation which has created opportunities for better lives for many, but left others behind.
